Starting in '88 all US model Vanagons had gray interiors. My '87 has a
tan/brown one, and I have seen a similar 87 camper with a blue interior.

So, the collective opinion is that blue interior *was* an option
available in a white van prior to 87 models. Starting 87 all were
gray interiors. Right?
