Hi Ben:

I'm grateful you did this incredible site, and I don't care if your engine is dirty.

I live in Winnipeg, so my engine's just like yours!

Guys, stop asking about the dirt and rust on my engine, it as no leak, 140psi or so in EACH cylinder, no more electrical problem and it run like a charm.

My engine is the worse looking westy engine you can imagine... but it run good.

Just so you know it's quite clean right now. The only thing left in the engine compartment right now is the engine by itself and the trany. All the rest is gone (injection, all cooling parts and all electrical parts) I would like to see you're southern van run for a few years in our salty winter road. an engine should be ditty and oily, not clean like a kitchen.

It' freezing (20F) up here so I am not putting everything back until it's warmer. (5 days)

Not true, I worked 7 hours today on the van, on those 7 hours, 5 were just putting the 2 main heaters cooling line, the front heater valve and the rear heater. This is a difficult job without a lift.

By the way, I own 2 digital cameras and 1 Minolta S600 and an $800 scanner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I know what I am doing (picture related.), my engine WAS dirty and rusty when I took the pictures, wait and see...........

If you're not happy with my dirty pictures, don't look at it.. I work my ass off for peoples that DON'T understand the basic of mechanic so they can save a bit of money doing jobs that I put on my pages...........

I love this damn van, it's not to expensive to run, it's cool, it's beautiful in her own way, it's well design, it's not a damn tent and IT'S damn reliable to me. it make me see our beautiful continent free of Ben laden asshole (almost.Cheers NY) and maybe later I will bring the van to Europe and see my relative over there........

We are all here because we love this DAMN vehicle, so work with me.

Ben
