This is my idea for a roof mount air conditioner. It is still months and dollars away from happening, but I would be interested in any ideas/criticism.

Standard window unit mounted in the luggage tray with duct work going either through the roof for use with the roof popped or not, or just flexible ducting that could be used through the window on the pop top. Could even be used with one of the aero luggage tray covers that have been recently discussed. Could be used with a good sized inverter for mobile use.

I was told that the RV style roof mount units run on 24VDC....any truth to this?
