Subject: where to get body panels in Canada for 85 ddcab
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Dear listees

I am looking for a catalog with body panel numbers, if such a thing exists, to restore my 85 ddcab. I need some parts that are specific for the ddcab, like the passenger side rocker panel (just under the 3rd door). All the doors and pick-up gates are in very good to perfect shape, underneath is very good too.

The bus depot catalog and the vwcamper magazines shows some body panels, but for regular vans. My friend has a body shop and asked me to find a source in Canada if possible, to avoid duty.

I saved her last year from the junk yard that was going to send her to the crusher the next week!! There is no engine... nice project to put a big engine... maybe a chevy v6? since the engine lid is higher.

Any body shop workers on this list has any info? Thanks in advance.
