I am getting tired of seeing requests for help from TiiCo devotees.  I went
to the TiiCo website to refresh my memory regarding what is offered by them.
I found this:

"This complete kit is approved by Volkswagen of South Africa."

Now, correct me if I am mistaken.  If "complete" means having all necessary
parts, elements or steps, why is it necessary for the purchasers of this
package to come to the list for help?  Since this kit meets with their
approval, another question which comes to mind is how far down the liability
chain is that rather large purse which is slung over the shoulder of VWSA?
