It was primarily an issue with the dysfunctional way that we humans interact
and how having too many people involved in a decision creates a quagmire
that few people can extricate themselves from.

Too bad we don't have Ron's flow chart - it explained the whole thing.  :-)

In the end, people like Frank Condelli and Karl Wolz pulled the thing
together and made it happen.  (I did the web-based voting page)
