Hi, Im under the van this morning, checking out why my syncro clanks like a mother in reverse (and pops out) when I noticed problems with the two bottom bolts that come from the engine to the tranny. The driver side bolt is just missing a nut, no problem, but the passenger side is actually snapped off right where it exits the sleeve. I see the other end of the bolt seems to be inside the engine (right by the front most push rod). Will I have to drop the tranny and/or engine to fix this? It looks as if the tranny is at least one centimeter apart from the engine at the bottom...obviously farther apart then the top of the tranny. Hoping a fix of these bolts will help solve the clanking reverse. Thanks, jeff __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
