Just got my new Stebro SS exhaust installed. Everything nice and quiet now.

So very quiet that I can appreciate even more what an excellent ride a Vanagon with a 2.1L WBX really is. Really smooth. Those people who designed this van knew what they're doing. Great seatting position. Excellent economy of space. I've never owned a vehicle with a slush box before, but I must say this is a great auto tranny. And an interior arrangement (this is a Carat) that I want and could not get from any other available marque (here in the US). Oh yeah - IMHO it looks great for a van (i.e. not blob-like).

Yes I know that there may be some dark days ahead with miscellaneous gremlins. But right now I'm enjoying a great vehicle.

Just had a few minutes to post something to pull the responses a little closer to the plus column.

Cheers,

Barry
