Subj: [vanagon] '82 I-4 for sale Date: 3/28/02 2:24:56 PM Eastern Standard Time From:    Rrramunda@aol.com (wl97485) To:    vanagon@yahoogroups.com

I'm selling my beloved Vanagon. It's an '82 with 85 Jetta power (converted from deisel). Well cared for. Total miles about 220k....miles on engine about 100k and still going strong. Replaced the transaxle about 8 months ago with a taller geared version. Cruises at 70 comfortably and returns around 26 mpg hwy. New clutch, fuel pump...good tires (including a set of studded snows). This rig has served me well for almost ten years and I'm sure she has a few years service left in her. I've bought a Eurovan...we'll see how well it stacks up against "'ol faithful". Asking $1500...located in Oregon Randy
