If the seller is on Ebay, most likely they don't have a clue at to real HP or even how to change a fuse. There are about ten places on the Internet to sell a Vanagon before you start paying for Ebay services. Anybody ever bought a Vanagon or any Vehicle on Ebay where the seller wasn't lying about something?
