Hey there Andy... The window chrome install is a tough messy job, but the outcome is great. The new shiney chrome looks great. I used a lot of dish soap, and a wide blade screwdriver to do mine. All six windows took me about four hours. I got faster as I went. I've heard there's a special tool you can buy to make the job easier, but I'm not sure where to get it. The chrome piece for the rear window is the same as for the sliding window. Make sure you order some of the chrome strip metal end covers if any of yours are missing. Some of mine had fallen out with the crusty old trim. Lots will tell you to just rip out the chrome and leave it, which will look fine and won't leak (so I'm told) but on older aircooled vans the chrome window trim looks great with the chrome bumpers and old style chrome dog dish hubcaps... Maybe I just have splittie envy... e-mail me if you want more details.
