First, I'd get a second opinion on the heads! If they're bad, you just gotta crunch the numbers. Sell it as-is; with new heads; BB engine; or perhaps a Tiico. I, myself would be interested in it as is, depending on the price and condition. This would give me the option of making the aforementioned decision myself.
