Just got my Westy back today after having the push rod tube seals replaced and now no leaking (so far). However, things aren't perfect. I had the guy adjust the hand brake because when I had the van inspected several weeks ago the inspector didn't readjust the brakes when putting it all back together. Well, this guy had to replace the star adjusters and OVER TIGHTENED the rear brakes. Now the hand brake won't move to the first click. Fortunately, the wheels turn without smoking the rear brakes. Tomorrow I will fix it. However, no leaking push rod tubes (so far). tim |
