If the seller is on Ebay, most likely they don't have a clue at to real HP or even how to change a fuse. There are about ten places on the Internet to sell a Vanagon before you start paying for Ebay services. Anybody ever bought a Vanagon or any Vehicle on Ebay where the seller wasn't lying about something? I've had plenty of offers to send pictures and only about one in ten sellers carries through with the additional pictures ........... *If broken promises were nickles I'd have a boxcar full.*
