Sounds like he wants info on adjusting lash on hydraulic valves!

I don't really speak or read Espanol, but this is what I can nut out of it:

My name is Miguel A. Pagano of Argentina. I have a 1981 Vanagon Kombi
(aircooled?) engine 2.0 and in Argentina there is no technical
information (remember, they get Brasilian T1s & T2 Transporters
there) and no (availability?) for Vanagon manuals, have a problem,
need regular valves and have no specifications about (several words I
can't understand: luz que deben tener ya que es) with (botadores)
hydraulic regulation (question saber si hay que vaciarlos para
regular valves {nonhydraulic?} and the luz que debería tener) nose si
