By the looks of those manifolds, your turbo unit would be out where the left rear tire is. From what I have seen, the manifolds used in the VW Quantum turbo diesel make for the easiest conversion, since it all fits in the engine compartment (with some tweaking), and the blower clears the motor mounts.
