Last year I had to replace one head so I resealed the other while I was at it. I used JB Weld to level the pits where the rubber gasket fits between the head and the water jacket.

No problems so far and I continued to use van as a daily driver throughout the winter (Northern Maine). I have also made three trips to southern Virginia (approx 1300 miles one way) maintaining "Uneconomical" speeds.
