Hi all --

After over two years, my van is FINALLY working!!  Now to get it to pass inspection.

My horn isn't wanting to honk.  There's a clicking noise, but that's it.  I've tried putting a new horn on and the result is the same.  I'm wondering if the problem isn't connected to some instrument panel problems.  The brake, battery, and oxs lights stay on constantly -- the windshield fluid pump doesn't work -- the temperature guage isn't working -- and the fuel guage seems more erratic and hills affect it more than I recall.  Could there be a common cause to all these problems that's keeping my horn from beeping too?

My multimedia is currently lost due to a recent move so I can't find out what charge the horn is getting currently.  Any ideas tho are appreciated.
