Hi Tonya,

I had a similar problem with my horn.  The root cause was that the ground
wire that clips to the steering column under the steering wheel horn button
was not making contact (age and oxidation).  I used a small file and filed
away until I had bright shinny metal and reinstalled the clip (very easy fix
all you need is needle nose pliers and a small file)

Hi all --

After over two years, my van is FINALLY working!!  Now to get it to pass
inspection.

My horn isn't wanting to honk.  There's a clicking noise, but that's it.
I've tried putting a new horn on and the result is the same.  I'm wondering
if the problem isn't connected to some instrument panel problems.  The
brake, battery, and oxs lights stay on constantly -- the windshield fluid
pump doesn't work -- the temperature guage isn't working -- and the fuel
guage seems more erratic and hills affect it more than I recall.  Could
there be a common cause to all these problems that's keeping my horn from
beeping too?

My multimedia is currently lost due to a recent move so I can't find out
what charge the horn is getting currently.  Any ideas tho are appreciated.
