the knob is in the open position but i am getting no air flow through the
two dashboard vents on the driver and passenger side.

on my other van which is identical to this one, with the air conditioner
off there is still a good flow of outside air as the van begins moving
and with the air conditioner on of course there is air flow through the
vents.

neither is the case on this van.

i just purchased this van and think the previous owner may have blocked
the vents somehow or perhaps there is a lever setting i have not
considered.

any ideas would be very much appreciated.
