He's facing backwards, no? Kind of defeats the purpose of the seat?

I thought I'd share my toddler set-up:

My Westy has the 'weekender interior'. This gives me an extra seat behind the driver's seat. This seat comes with a manual lap belt which enables me to firmly cinch down the toddler seat for my 4-year-old son. I then use the 5-point harness that came with the seat to strap him in. I found this to be the only acceptable way, in my view, to secure him. The three-point automatic belts are too slack to provide any meaningful restraint.

Chris,

'85 Westy.
