HELP!! My 1984 1.9l Westy van (with manual steering and transmmission, Michelin Agilis tires and 177,000 miles) has a problem. Whenever I drive at highway speeds (between 50 and 62 MPH), I notice that the fresh air vents don't blow air when they are turned off.

Suggestions?

P.S. My van doesn't have hub caps or wheel covers.
