Robert there is a relation between the Rad Fan and the AC. I can't give you the details, as I haven't studied it that much, but you should find it all in the Bentley. I do know that the system is wired up in such a way that if the the air conditioner is "ON" and the temperature reaches a certain level the Rad fan will turn on. As the temperature continues to rise, the rad fan will go to full high and the AC will auto matically shut down. This is to relieve the heavy load the AC puts on the engine, there by making it run harder and create more heat. Your cutting wires may have distrupeted this system in some way that now the Rad fan doesn't work.

This soesn't tell you much, I know, but maybe it will give you some ideas to work with.
