My fellow listeeeeees,

I like to let things name themselves. We didn't name our kittens until they began to show some personality (a couple of weeks after we got them).

I've had the van home here in Minneapolis for three weeks now and a name has presented itself. The PO *finally* sent me the records for the BIG repairs that were done by him and by the original owner. Specifically engine rebuild, replaced transmission, and new heads. The heads are the good news, genuine German factory new... not rebuilt.

The Van's name is now officially, "Mystery Machine."

Anybody want the details pmail me and i'll be glad to vent.

I'm just gonna open a bottle of wine.... watch today's five inches of snow (no foolin') melt off the van's roof.... and try not to obsess over things i can't change.

This list rocks!

-jspeer
