Here's my CHEAP and healthy menu: For Breakfast: Oatmeal instant or 5 minute oats (cheaper) w/ coffee creamer and brown sugar or honey Lunch: Ramen noodles 20 cents each or PB&J Dinner: Rice and beans, walmart has these canned beans already seasoned they're line 40 cents each, dinner for 75 cents! I keep stuff like oats and rice in ziplock bags insteadof the original contianers so they're more compact Also the little spice containers they sell at camping stores are great for the vanagon. THey are round and divided into pie shapes and each one holds about 8 spices, they evenhave powdered condiments like ketchup and mustard.
