I have a diesel Westy that was swapped with a 92 cabriolet egnine. The oil pump and pan are the original from the diesel with a total of 50k miles. 50% of the time at startup it takes about 1 minute for the oil pressure light to extinguish. The other half of the time, it goes out within seconds. Is there a oil pressure checkvalve somewhere that loses the oil or prime. TIA |
