I am(thinking of) buying an 86 Syncro that looks really good(on the outside)but the owner says it isn't smogged-and won't pass. Apart from that major issue it runs well.He lives in an 'enhanced' area where they run them on a treadmill at the testing stations.I live in a 'basic' area where they don't.Does anyone think this will make a difference? He also said you could get it to pass, but it won't run so well. The engine looks good-no leaks, and all the plumbing looks to be there. What do you think? Andy(newbie) |
