They aren't out to ruin VW ---------------------------- I care very little about what they say about VW. I'm just a little surprised that they haven't picked cars that the general public has owner in reasonable quantity. Reneau must have sold 1200 of the Dauphine. Yogo never made any market penetration. In short they picked out mostly special interest cars. I have the original invoice on my 83 Westy and it sold new for about $17900.00 while I only paid $15200.00 for my new 83 Cadillac. I'd call the Westfalia a luxury car at that price. Sure glad the PO kept it garaged and was lazy enough that he didn't wax the original paint off of it. If you've been reading my *Cat-agin Vanagon* post you will know that I'm down to considering a Waser Boxer just so this cat can have a supply of Anti Freeze on the drive to lap up on her way to eternity.
