Generic camper-van/RV fixtures, it looks like; probably something you could get from Whitney or Camping World. I would have never thought of doing it myself, but now that I have them, I don't know how I ever lived without them. Particularly the one over the sliding door, which is incredibly convenient and should have been a stock item in my opinion.
