Subject: Foolish Newbie Question: List Commands
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to change my list subscription so that I don't get every single email on the list every day. I've tried sending commands, but get the message "Missing argument - specify the subscription options you would like to update." I got the reference card that lists all of the commands, but seem to be entering the information incorrectly...

I've been sending the commands to listserv@gerry.vanagon.com, with no subject. For the body of the message I've been entering what I thought was the correct code; in this case "SET DIG" so that I might receive a digest instead of the numerous emails.

Could somebody give me an example of the RIGHT way to do this? It could be in this form (I'm showing my incorrect request here):

To: listserv@gerryvanagon.com

Subject:

Body: SET DIG

Thanks, Gordon
