After taking alot of green coolant showers I have finally fixed my overheating problem. It turns out the problem was exactly what all of you told me it was, it was a big air bubble blocking was i think is the upper feed line to the radiator. Thanks for all the help. Thanks to Peter for fast delivery of my water pump. He keeps parts like these on the shelf so we dont have to wait for delivery from SA.

If you are interested i wrote out what happened below.

When i dicovered my Tiico was getting too hot i got it home and started to trouble shoot. I bled the coolant system by jacking up the front end 15" and bleeding the rad. bleeder while reving past 2000RPMs. I repeated this 2 times. Then I checked thermostat bt boiling it in water, it was fine. Then i had Peter Fed-express me a new water pump and installed it. Even after all this the engine was still running too hot. So I jacked front end up TWO MORE times and then finally my westy goes.....BURP! and coolant started really flowing out of rad. bleeder. I go for a drive and the guage is still at "hot" THEN all of the sudden the needle DROPS! now the needle rides half way(normal) and my radiator works fine. I pointed my heat gun at the engine head and it read 180F degrees so my guess this is normal safe opperating temp.
