The previous owner of my current Westy put one there (actually on the heater conduit to the side of the roof rather than right over the rear bed), and another right over the sliding door. Generic camper-van/RV fixtures, it looks like; probably something you could get from Whitney or Camping World. I would have never thought of doing it myself, but now that I have them, I don't know how I ever lived without them. Particularly the one over the sliding door, which is incredibly convenient and should have been a stock item in my opinion. Now that I have become accustomed to them, they would definately be the first things I would install in my next camper.
