Interesting... Must be because you have a salvage title. There is no brake and light inspection in CA. And what 'regular vehicle inspection' is there other than confirmation of VIN?

Perhaps you could put an ad in a couple of CA newspapers looking for CHPs who might be going fishing up in one of your lakes?
