Absolutely true. I had Hellas in my MB, and changed to Cibies for this reason. Now the beams are where you *want* them.

BTW, in India (New Deli) they drive with their parking lights on except on the intercity (between cities) roads at night. Said that they were saving gas. I was quite emphatic when requesting that the cab driver turn on his lights. He looked at me like I was insane.
