i strongly DISagree. my Hella 7" round Vision Plus halogen lights don't have any problems with beam patterns ... and having run the Cibie lights for over 20 years, i kinda like the Hellas better. for one thing, they are cheaper. and they are still available. i looked for Cibie but didn't find anyone that sold them.

both have a very distinct cut-off on the vertical, and a wider horizontal pattern on low beam.

but either this guy is talking about some Hella lights OTHER than the Vision Plus, or he doesn't know what he's talking about ... in my humble opinion and based on my experience with both brands of lights.
