Too many projects, too little time before I move......please help me speed up the process!

Details: 1986, Syncro Westy, full camper, 192K miles, diff-lock, runs absolutely great, everything is there. Trans replaced recently (rebuild), engine also (per last owner). Light gold colour, tan/brown interior. Drives good, needs cosmetic work: rust repair, paint, rear bumper (don't they all!), poptop seal, heater fan, etc. Not amazingly pretty, but functions well. Located in western MD, about an hour west of DC or Baltimore. $8000 firm.
