Subject: Toddler seat -- Thank you

Thank you to all those who answered my previous question. My Son now has a Cosco Alpha Omega. He is still is just under 40 pounds so I have the toddler seat mounted on the middle seat with the lap belt and tethered to the bolt holding the middle seat to the floor.

This raises two more questions.

Is there an official Vanagon tether mount?

I have seen items on the list about VW providing shoulder belts for the middle and rear seats. Has anyone successfully gotten their VW dealer to do this?

Any information on part numbers, etc., would be most helpful. Right now, my Vanagon is my only vehicle.
