I'd like to see more of those invisible bras...

I looked into them, our local Audie/VW/Porsche/Jeep shop does it for their
high end cars.  I talked with the guy putting it on for about 15 minutes.
He said that it is the best thing since sliced bread on a new car but the
adhesion to old paint or to after market paint jobs is minimal at best.

I was at my pal's shop in Minnesota observing a TIICO conversion, and
noticed
that the Van had something that 3M calls an "invisible bra". Anyone ever try
it?
it's some sort of clear poly shield that is on the front of the Van, looks
like
it almost a large clear sticker. Looks cool. Looks like it'll last and
protect.
The bra was on for about 5 years (so I was told) - looked great, as did the
pain
underneath...
