I will need to ask more, as in I should raise the price?! Of course it starts and stops! If I was in the market for a vanagon, I would buy this one up, it just needs a little body work and it's a nice ride

Great 500 word essay on your vanagon, however there are only 2 things someone paying $4500 for a 13 year old vehicle will be interested in.

1) does it start? 2) does it stop?

If you are looking for a buyer that cares about all the other stuff you will need to ask more.
