I wouldn't take much stock in their top ten best / worst. The MG Midget, Triumph Spitfire, Triumph Bug Eye Sprite had the highest rate of driver injury / death of any vehicle ever built. They were probably right in there with motorcycles manufactured in the same years. Was their top ten based on driver safety or consumer satisfaction? The Chevy, Buick, Olds, Pontiac full sized station wagons from about 1965 through 1990 had the least amount of driver injury in collisions and overall rated as one of the safest vehicles to drive.
