Subject: Operating Tempertures anyone?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

Still looking for correct operating temperatures for 1.9, to be measured with infrared thermometer. I am getting near 200 degrees in the crossover pipe, and have measured the bottom fins of the block at as high as 210. Is this in the normal range?

BTW, still have inexplicable coolant rise (air entering cooling system) after highway driving, after replacing nearly every part of the cooling system, smoe twice.

Peter
