Even before the recent string of e-mails, I knew my rear heater was leaking. I ordered the o-ring, optimistically hoping that it wouldn't need anything else. Actually, I was determined to pull out the whole thing, at least for now, if there was more wrong. Well, there was a lot of corrosion in the core so I pulled it. I don't want to take the hoses out back to the T because I might want to re-install it. (Re: when I have some disposable cash. Ha!) I was going to plug the two heater hoses with 7/16 bolts about 2 inches long and clamp it tight. Any problem with that? Debra Clark Santee, California 1990 Multivan clark10006@cox.net |
