Pass that along to eBay, and both your and the seller's state attorney general. Having someone, called a "shill" bid on the auction to drive the price up is a felony in some states. Scumbags are all over eBay. I saw a certain list member bid a large amount of money on one of the Bosch FI troubleshooting books, only to find two or three people on the list able to sell it to him for much less. Said scumbag pulled his bid on eBay with the excuse that his mother died.
