Here I go on blocked air vents again, but this is a serious question. The PO or PPO has managed to block off the fresh air vents on both sides of my '90 Westy. This was great for them (van came from around Visalia CA) but I would like to be able to open them occasionally! I assumed that they had done the simple thing, covering the intake under the grill, but I had that apart yesterday, wide open. Now my question: Where else could they have blocked off the vents? And (assuming somewhere in the large hoses coming to the dash) how do I pop the dash vents out? I've messed around with the vent on the passenger side (easier to get at) but removal is not obvious. And is there another place they could be blocked, like back in the big plastic housing with the fan? I hope not, looks like a real b***h to get into. Any advice welcome. |
