Use some soapy water and a lot of swear words. I'd put the bushing on the sway bar first, then the link on the bushing. A note of caution--after you get them on there, the nuts are supposed to take something like 32 ft. lbs. of torque. With the soapy water still on there, it's really easy to twist the link back off the bushing again....not that I've ever done this twice in one day or anything..... bmc :) "Faith will move mountains, but you'd better bring a shovel...."
