Hi everyone, I am looking for a little advice if anyone could give some... I'm lookin at buying a 1983 Vanagon Pop-Up. it has 140,000 miles on it, has lived in CA for most of its life, and the owner says she left it with a well-known mechanic for a month and had them go over the whole thing. They say that it needs nothing at this time. She is asking $3300. This seems reasonable to me, although i have much more experience with older buses. It has a stove, fridge, sink, sleeps 4, and the pop-up that goes straight up. What i'm wondering is if there is anything i should know about this year (83)? its the last of the air-cooled i think. thanks for any help or advice ~james
