Possible that the oil pressure relief valve in the pick-up tube is sticking,
also the switch could be the wrong rating, and the oil filter the wrong
type/brand as has been advised.
Unless you have rattling lifters, I am inclined to think it's other than the
relief valve. You should check the oil pressure with a gauge jsut to make
sure your pump is OK as well.
