SET JUDGE William VANAGON

-----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com]On Behalf Of developtrust Sent: Monday, April 15, 2002 9:26 PM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Re: this is not the forum

This site certainly has a lot of hung up censors on it. I really get tired of reading posts from those of you who admonish the rest of us for expressing our opinions (often in jest.) Who set you up as judge anyhow?

Some stereotypes are accurate. If you don't like what you read use your delete key more often.

I live in the San Diego California area about one mile from the Mexican border with over 35% Mexican and many dirt poor. We are bound to have at least 35% of the problems in our area due to that culture, probably more when they are poor and see what we decadent Americans have with all our cars and toys.

A couple of years ago I had a Chevy van crash through my side yard fence after bouncing off a tree and rather than take responsibility the driver fled the scene. They abandoned the van. The investigation showed the van was owned by a Mexican national who loaned the van to an illegal alien. The driver abandoned his job at a greenhouse grower down the street rather than getting caught. I had the option of claiming the van for damages. I chose not to. The van went to auction.

Not all hit and runs are Mexicans but being so close to the border much theft and abuse gets done and consequences avoided by a one hour drive across the border.

If you do not like my post and got this far then you should have used your delete key long ago.

Pleeease---

Stanley's comments are a mere pin prick compared to other subject matter that has been brought up on this list---

This is nothing---allot worse has been cnversed---

Beside's that I kinda agree with him---

I most certainly would abhore the thought of getting wacked by some DP, with zero, zip, nada, insurance---and there are piles of the si habla's here in the Windy too---

Perhaps Mr Wilder would feel more comfortable at this forum: http://www.americanpatrol.com/index.html There he can discuss Vanagons to his hearts content instead of subjecting us to the converse. -- Kevin Innes
