Also, does it work on 110v? If so, plug it in and "warm it up" for a couple of hours, then see if you can light it. If so, then your problems is with the column of air sitting in the flue literally "smothering" the combustion chamber. The solution to this is to make sure that your air pump is actually pumping air, etc.

If it still won't light, then I would suggestion you have a problem with either fuel delivery or fuel mixture. (jet, etc).

Most problems I have had have been related to crud getting into the combustion chamber or clogging the jet orifice.
