This is already in the works, although I am out of the info loop lately. Its not video, its in the computer of the car. Sensors will record impact, and applications of the brakes, steering, speed, direction, everything a court would need to recreate the accident. Just another reason to keep these vans running, so you don't buy a new car that will turn state's evidence on you :-)
